Dr. Kaelin is genuinely kind and caring and Emma does great with her exams. She is always told what is going to happen so she is prepared and a nice blanket and a movie to watch helps. Dr. Kaelin always tells us what the plan is and explains it in simple terms. Kudos to Dr. Kaelin and her staff!!
